  Deb has more than twenty-five years experience in building businesses and brands. She has worked with many world-class brands, developing and launching hundreds of products. Throughout her career she has helped companies in a variety of product and marketing arenas, specializing in new products and promotion. As the Founder and President of KidSmart, a product and marketing consulting firm, Deb has helped consumer goods companies target the youth market with a full-range of marketing services, from identification and refinement of product concepts through the planning and implementation of comprehensive marketing programs. KidSmart has completed projects for companies that include Fisher Price, Hasbro, Ravensburger Games, Converse, Stride Rite, Addison Wesley Publishing, and Marc Brown Studios (Publisher of Arthur). As Director of Marketing at Parker Brothers she managed well-known brands such as Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit and Clue, while establishing Parker Brothers successful re-entry into the children's game market with a range of new products. She received her BA in English from Boston University and MBA in Marketing from Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management. |
