Frank Ventura is a toy industry veteran who has spent more than 35 years in product design, engineering, tooling and manufacturing. Frank's experience in engineering, costing and sourcing products in the Far East has enabled many toy companies to produce innovative, high-quality products at a competitive cost.

As the international specialist at Parker Brothers, Frank traveled extensively in the Far East, where he established relationships with appropriate resources and was responsible for specification, scheduling, manufacturing and quality control. Prior to Parker Brothers, he worked at Ideal Toys, where he developed and holds patents on many products, including the game Crossfire and the Construction Company's Cam Lock Block. The list of leading toy companies Frank has worked with includes Hasbro Interactive, Parker Brothers, Milton Bradley and Kid Galaxy.
