Jim Henderson is a product development professional with more than two decades of experience in invention, product design and engineering. His proven ability in the areas of project management, IP management, process design and organizational dynamics has helped organizations bring over 500 products to market, including numerous breakthrough products for kids. Jim's depth of experience in design, engineering and manufacturing includes plastics, electronics, mechanisms, packaging and publishing, from small-lots to high production volumes.Jim formerly served as VP Product Development and Engineering and VP R&D for Hasbro Games, as well as Director of Product Development for Parker Brothers Games, Tonka Games and Kenner Parker Games. As a product design consultant, he has worked in many consumer product categories, including furniture, housewares, toys and electronics. He earned his BA from the University of Vermont and a MID in product design from Rhode Island School of Design.
